Swedish zombie film, based on the novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist (Let the Right One In).
On a sweltering summer day, the city of Oslo is surrounded by a strange electric field. All electronics run wild until the chaos is suddenly over. The event appears to have woken recently deceased persons from their deaths. Three grieving families who suddenly find themselves in front of their loved ones again, try to understand what this return means and whether they are really still the people they knew. The film paints an engaging portrait of how people affected by loss deal with these undead.
